Here’s a simple, beginner-friendly guide to using CapCut for video editing 🎬
(I’ll explain it step by step so it’s easy to follow.)
1️⃣ Download & Open CapCut
Install CapCut from the App Store, Google Play, or use CapCut Desktop on PC/Mac.
Open the app and tap “New Project.”
2️⃣ Import Your Video
Select the videos/photos you want to edit.
Tap Add → your clips appear on the timeline (bottom of the screen).
3️⃣ Basic Editing Tools (Most Important)
✂️ Trim & Cut
Tap the clip on the timeline.
Drag the edges to shorten it.
Move the playhead and tap Split to cut the video.
🔀 Rearrange Clips
Press and drag clips left or right to change the order.
Adjust Audio
Tap the clip → Volume to increase or decrease sound.
Tap Mute if you don’t want the original audio.
Add music: Audio → Sounds or import your own.
🎨 Add Filters & Adjustments
Tap the clip → Filters to change the video style.
Use Adjust to change:
